Meet Rahul, our Employer Engagement Lead, at Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training.

Rahul is our Employer Engagement Lead covering the Coventry & Warwickshire region developing and enhancing employer relationships to generate employment & training opportunities for clients. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships through collaboration with businesses to assess their workforce needs and establishing business development strategy to build partnership networks supporting the work of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training.

Rahul will assist employers in recruiting apprentices, investing in staff training, and offering guidance on available and suitable training options. Chamber Training specialises in apprenticeships across accountancy, business administration, customer service, early years care, health and social care and hairdressing. Additionally, Rahul will work on Path 2 Apprenticeships programme supporting individuals aged 19-29 in finding employment. Rahul will also focus on securing work placements, arranging interviews, and connecting individuals with job opportunities as well as the Multiply programme, Rahul will help individuals in the Coventry and Warwickshire area access free maths tuition.
