Jack Baker Accountancy Apprenticeship Growth and Success

Jack Baker exemplifies the benefits that apprenticeships bring. In less than 5 years, Jack has achieved apprenticeship success in accountancy with Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training at levels 2, 3 and 4 before taking his career to new heights, taking up a level 7 professional accountancy apprenticeship.

In 2018, Jack began his journey into the world of work, choosing a route which would see him combine on and off the job training, and gain valuable experience whilst becoming qualified in his profession. He joined Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training on a foundation accountancy apprenticeship at McGlone Wardzynski. He has gone on to quickly progress through advanced learning at levels 3 and 4.

Throughout his accountancy apprenticeships, Jack has been able to apply his knowledge within his role, to the benefit of the business. The training Jack has received, has not only gained his technical skills and knowledge of accounting, but also wider skills around communication, teamwork, and time management. By having the responsibility of liaising with clients, Jack’s confidence has gone from strength to strength and developed him into a vital part of the team.
