Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training is celebrating the first achievement for ILM supported through the European Social Fund Skills 4 Growth programme.

Two managers Clair Duffy and Sarah Bomphrey from Hearsall Golf Club in Coventry have successfully completed the ILM Level 2 qualification and they are going to take their newly acquired skills into their day-to-day leadership roles.

Thomas Easley works at Children’s World Pre-school, he has worked there for one and a half years, Thomas works with all the age groups within the pre-school which is 3 – 5, he enjoys working with children and has chosen this career as everyone he has met throughout his life has said that he is good with children. He feels that this is due to him having a lot of experience as he has a large family and has always been around children.
