Our Star Customer Service Apprentice!

Tracy Stewart, a Customer Service apprentice at Solihull Council, has demonstrated dedication and perseverance throughout her apprenticeship journey. Despite facing initial challenges due to being out of a classroom environment for some time, Tracy has successfully overcome her difficulties and achieved passing grades in both maths and English functional skills exams alongside her apprenticeship.

Her training assessor, Olga Leatherbarrow, has commended Tracy for her relentless hard work and positive impact on the local community. In her role at Solihull City Borough Council, Tracy has handled challenging phone calls and situations with professionalism and empathy. Olga comments:

"Tracy is truly exceptional. Her kind and willing nature has enabled her to excel in her apprenticeship. She has admirably overcome obstacles and demonstrated exceptional effort in passing her functional skills exams also."

Furthermore, Tracy has gone above and beyond by obtaining qualifications in Fire Safety and actively participating in local community events, showcasing her commitment to making a difference.
