Apprenticeships – the route to HR success

Congratulations to Derri Morgan who has gone from strength to strength in her role in HR with the HR Dept after successfully completing her Advanced (Level 3) Business Administration apprenticeship.

The HR Dept South Warwickshire provides full HR support to small and medium sized businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire. Derri will develop her role as HR Assistant and support the team of advisors in the business.

According to Derri, “the support from Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training and my employer was incredibly valuable”. “Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training have definitely helped my confidence at work”.

Before her apprenticeship, Derri completed her AS Levels in Law, Sociology and Photography. Now having successfully completed her Advanced Apprenticeship, she is looking forward to continuing her learning, starting the Certificate in Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 later in the year.
