Aisha seized the apprenticeship route, which allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and practical experience while working, all while pursuing a degree through Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training.
In her role as an accountancy apprentice, Aisha has several responsibilities during her daily tasks. These include monitoring queries in the accounts department inbox, printing invoices and delivery notes, and handling job costing for the manufacturing of buildings. Aisha enjoys the intricacies of different processes and identifying areas where the company's efficiency can be improved.
