A Passion for Care

Hollie Lloyd has a passion for care, working at Henry Court in Coventry whilst studying towards a Higher Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care (HSC) with Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training.

Hollie progressed through her Level 2 and 3 health and social care qualifications before consolidating her career journey in team leading in advance of her starting a Higher Apprenticeship.

Having been promoted in her role at Henry Court, Hollie said: “I have gained so much knowledge and experience during my training.  I now have the confidence to deal with unexpected and difficult situations amongst staff and clients.  I also have the knowledge and experience to deal with other health care professionals concerning client needs.”

Henry Court have seen a substantial return on their investment as Hollie is now able to deal with matters that previously a manager had to deal with, which has saved the company time and money.  Quality has also been improved as Hollie now takes responsibility for leading with inspections and quality assurance.
