Chamber Training is working in partnership with Coventry City Council as part of a European Social Fund (ESF) initiative to support individuals with their career aspirations, developing new skills in areas such as accountancy, hairdressing, early years care and business, with a view to securing an apprenticeship or further training.

The programmes are available to anyone aged 15 plus who lives in Coventry and is not in any form of employment, education or training. The areas covered in the programmes include:

• self-development and confidence-building;
• careers advice;
• one-to-one support;
• training and qualifications;
• work experience;
• traineeships and apprenticeships.
